We've all seen them – designs that look great on paper but cost a fortune to build, or worse yet can't be built. Unnecessarily tight tolerances, dimensional stack-up issues and impossible undercuts are only a few problems that can plague a design and kill a budget from the start.
Because we end up building most of what we design, we're intimately aware that an un-makeable design is useless. That's why our engineers collaborate closely with our production and manufacturing teams. Being together under one roof means our designers are steeped in the art of DFM, so whatever we design for you will take less time to build and cost less.
